Bingo Appreciation Dinner
On June 19,2009 New Hyde Park held it's annual Bingo Appreciation Dinner Dance to thanks all of the Bingo Workers for their help during the last year. A new wall plaque was introduced by Grand Knight Joe Renta that honors the receipents of the Bingo Worker of the Year Award. Thsi year's recepient was Artie Schmaeling PGK, PFN.

On May 9, 2009 the New Hyde Park Council's Special Olympics Basketball Team competed in the Annual Special Olympics Games. Our team won First Place

On March 1, 2009 Garden City held it's Annual Parade. Our Fourth Degree Assembly. Pope John XXIII, marched in the parade. which included the Honor Guards from our council.
